Marden|Neuromancer

Helping mark the official opening of Studio MekTek, Inc., we have released details of our latest custom mech developed by Verybad. This mech originally proposed by Jeho for MekPak4, marks our attempt at paying great respect for a great loss that our community endured with the passing of Brian 'Neuromancer' Bisson, creator of Mechwarrior Leagues. We have searched for a way to mark the passing of our friend and while it took us awhile we believe we have been successful. The custom mech, known as Marden, is planned to be released in our MekPak4 as well as future products as an electronics powerhouse.
Here is what Verybad had to say:
These mechs appear to be manufactured on Terra by the Ost corporation. The official name is Marden, troops operating alongside them have taken to referring to them as Neuromancers because of their high level of electrical warfare.
Stats are unknown. They operate alongside WoB units, but never in the SAME units. Only a few have been seen. To date, we don't believe any have been destroyed. They are extremely fluid in their motion.
As you can see in our previous news post. We have already begun producing posters (and soon other materials) of the Marden which will be available for the public shortly. This model marks a feel never before seen in Mechwarrior which is exactly the feel we believe Neuromancer would embrace.

Introducing Studio MekTek, Inc.

Over the past few months we've been feverishly working on MekTek's professional image. Recently, I decided to move our current office to a commercial building here in Saint John, New Brunswick. It's a modest improvement over our previous office and now serves as a place for our staff, partners, and fans to meet when wishing to visit MekTek. We've been very quiet lately and so I wanted to let everyone know that MekTek is still hard at work. This past weekend both myself and WhiteFeather marked the grand opening of our new office in Saint John. The original space looked nothing like it does now and I would like to thank my wife Jen for helping us bring it together over the last month.
So without further ado, I present, Studio MekTek, Inc.

Beating the MWLL site to this announcement here. We would like to note that the Mechwarrior Living Legends mod has been dubbed the highest possible mention on moddb.com winning the MOD OF THE YEAR award beating out the likes of NeoTokyo and Research and Development, and the Star Wars mod! 2010 predictions by MekTek are starting to come true as Mechwarrior becomes reborn.
MekTek is proud of the Living Legends team and the support they have achieved from even Crytek. Crytek realized the value of the Living Legends team long before many, even hiring members of the team to work for Crytek directly! Congrats everyone at MWLL! May this be another great year for Mechwarrior.
