This section is for Non-MechWarrior related issues that you might be having. If you are having problems with the MekPaks, or MTX or AT1 then please post in on of their sections which is located under MekTek Services.

To help you to the best of our abilities we need some information.

Operating System (OS) that you have installed and what version.
How much ram you have.
How much hard drive space you have.
Anti-virus program you are running.

If having download problems we also need to know what internet browser you are using and if you are running a firewall and/or router.
