anyone that's able to re-create the wrong chassis/wrong variant mechlab bug please zip all of their variants and post them somewhere.

What's that?

If I'm interpreting you right, it's not that hard to recreate. Create enough variants for one mech that you get a scroll bar to look through the list. Now, scroll down to the bottom of the list. After you do that, select another chassis for which you have some variants and then try to select a different variant. Voila, the list is copied over from the first mech. The game knows it's not for that chassis, though, so you can't actually select them.

can you upload / send your variants to me? i don't really have time to make 50+ variants for a certain mech.

It's not really that hard. Press the Create Variant button fifty times, the game will automatically update the variant number for you. You don't need fancy names.
